This story revolves around three neurospicy protagonists who grow into a why-choose relationship before becoming a polycule with HEA.
Sabrina is a high school librarian who is forced to move from Oklahoma due to fighting the book bans in her school district. What she doesn’t know is that she’s half-succubus/half-witch and when she arrives in the small Maine town of Layton Grove to take a position of last resort, her full powers are unleashed. They cause unintended consequences as she tries to rebuild her life in the quaint town.
Ashley is one of the high school English teachers who secretly is a light witch and a warden for the area to keep order among the mystickin people who hide in plain sight. Something about Sabrina attracts her, but are the feelings real? Or are they the result of Sabrina’s succubus heritage? And how does this affect Ashley’s sensuous relationship with another person?
Lorelei is a nonbinary dark succubus who hides in the town by being a general attorney even though they used to be a special truthfinder for the Dark Council. They are tasked with giving two items to the new high school librarian, unknowingly taking them to Sabrina, the first person Lorelei has met who is immune to their succubus abilities. Despite the intriguing matter of discovering why Sabrina can resist her, the two clash.
What none of the three know is that an ancient evil seeks to do anything it takes to find an ancient grimoire filled with powerful dark magick that the world hasn’t faced in millennia, including destroying the town in the process. Sabrina, Ashley, and Lorelei have to combine their skills and abilities to fight the evil, but can they work as a team as their secrets come out?
It’s still in progress, though I wanted to give a taste of what’s coming when it’s finished.
